THE BRIEF
A Need for Flexible Space
The Vieira family loved their home but needed a separate, dedicated space that could function as a home office, a private gym, and a quiet place to unwind. Their goal was to transform the underutilised rear of their garden into a modern, multi-functional annex that would add valuable amenities without altering the main house.
THE PLAN
Designing a Contemporary Garden Hub
We designed and built a highly-insulated, contemporary garden annex. Clad in striking black timber with large aluminium bi-fold doors, the structure creates a seamless connection to the garden. The versatile open-plan interior allows for distinct zones for work and leisure, providing the flexible, year-round space the family needed to enhance their lifestyle.
