Maximising a Portfolio Asset
Our client, a property investment company, acquired a dated property with the goal of elevating it to meet the demands of Liverpool's modern rental market. The brief was to carry out a full refurbishment, increase the bedroom count, and deliver a high-quality, durable finish that would attract professional tenants and maximise rental yield.
THE PLAN
A Top-to-Bottom Commercial Upgrade
We executed a complete overhaul of the property. A loft conversion added a valuable extra bedroom and bathroom, while the ground floor was reconfigured to create a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area. Throughout the house, we used a stylish yet hard-wearing palette of materials to ensure longevity and broad tenant appeal, turning an underperforming house into a premium, turn-key rental property.
